Our Expertise

• Cost control and change management are fundamental project controls functions typically applied to large scale infrastructure projects.

• QS-ING is currently providing cost control and change management services to Origin Energy’s Australia Pacific Liquefied Natural Gas project in particular the Gathering Development and Implementation sub-project.  We have been involved with this project since 2012 and have gained an enormous amount of experience, skills and abilities in terms of cost forecasting, progress reporting, variance and trend analysis, staffing plan management and change management (scope changes and budget transfers from sub-project to sub-project).
